Below is the current season timeline of PCM Pirate Baseball events. As always, schedules may change based on availability of shared facility space, weather, and state guidelines. Communications will primarily be sent using our Team Snap app which sends updates/changes through the app and email. Be sure you get the app added to your player's mobile device for attendance tracking.
March 10-14th Arm Conditioning week
March 17-21st - Team Tryouts (all players must be registered to attend)
March 20th - MANDATORY Player/Parent Meeting for all baseball athletes & parents
6:00-8:00PM @ Park Center HS Cafeteria (enter main activities door south of the dome)
April 4th - First Game for C/9th
April 6th - Cub Foods Bagging
April 9th - First Game for Varsity
April 9th - First Game for JV
April 10th - Team Pictures

April 16th - Salt Fundraiser Forms due (click here to download the order form)
May 3rd - BPBA Opening Day and Youth Day
May 19th - Last Scheduled Regular Season Games
May 27th - Start of Sections
June 8th - End of Season Banquet 6-9 PM - Edinburgh Golf Course
July 26-28th - MYAS fundraiser

Order by April 25th to get free shipping. Pictures will be available throughout the entire season; however, shipping will incur a fee starting April 26th.

Game Day Sales of our Dugout Club Inventory is open to any family that wishes to purchase an item. Items are stored in the Pirate Park Shed and access to items can be handled by any Dugout Club Board Member. You can also email an order to PCDugoutClub@gmail.com and pay via Venmo and we will have the items bagged and available for pickup at your next home game at Pirate Park. On completion of your order you will receive an order confirmation via email.
The shopping window for the PCM Pirates Baseball shopping cart will close at the end of day on Sunday, March 23rd. Please get your orders in by the date. The orders will be distributed to the players by the Fan Apparel Coordinator.

Parents of sophomore players are responsible to help plan the end-of-season banquet with the assistance of the Dugout Club Board Members. It would be beneficial for sophomore player parents to attend the April & May Dugout Club Meetings to learn more about what is needed to make this event a success.
